Screening of cellulase-producing strains from MaQu County of China and Optimizing Culture Conditions

利用西北地区独特的自然资源,经过选择培养基和刚果红染色法初筛分离到61株能降解纤维素的菌株,再经摇瓶复筛得到5株纤维素分解能力比较强的菌株,最后挑出一株酶活最高的霉菌G7,并初步分析了其最适产酶条件:CMCNa最适浓度:0.4%,(NH4)2SO4:0.15%,最适温度28℃,pH6.0,发酵时间:4天,其PFA和CMCase分别达到1.767U/mL和7.524U/mL。

We got sixty-one strains from the MaQu county of China which had special climate by screening with transparent zone method.Then through shaking culture method,we got five high cellulase-producing stains.Finally,We chose the highest cellulase-producing strain named G7. Preliminary analysis of submerged fermentation showed that the process required the optimal concentration of CMCNa was 0.4%, (NH4)2SO4 0.15%,pH 6.0, and a temperature range between 28°C and 30°C,cultured for 4 days.
