井筒瞬时波动压力变化规律研究
Study On Change Law of Transient Surge Pressure In Wellbore
基于可压缩流体动力学理论,建立了描述井筒非稳态波动压力数学模型,通过数值求解可得到起下钻或起下套管作业过程中井筒非稳态波动压力。计算结果表明井筒非稳态波动压力的大小取决于起下钻或下套管的速度,波动压力曲线呈现出周期性振荡特征。为避免因瞬态波动压力而引起的井底附加压力过高,应合理控制起下钻或下套管的速度,有利于安全的钻井或固井工程作业。
Based on theory of compressible fluid dynamics, mathematical model was proposed for transient surge pressure in wellbore. Numerical solution can be obtained for transient surge pressure in wellbore during round trip or casing running operation. The calculations results show that transient surge pressure in wellbore depend on the acceleration of round trip or casing running. Periodic oscillation also can be indicated from transient surge pressure curves. It is benefit for Safety Drilling and cementing operation to control acceleration of round trip or casing running by avoiding Over-high additional pressure due to transient surge pressure in wellbore.
