过氧钛酸水热法定向附着生长制备TiO2纳米棒
Oriented Attachment Growth to Prepare TiO2 Nanorods during Hydrothermal Treatment of Peroxotitauium Acid
以双氧水溶解水合氧化钛沉淀得到水溶性过氧钛酸水溶液为前躯体,用水热法制备了透明的锐钛矿相二氧化钛溶胶。研究了制备工艺中水热时间和温度对溶胶晶粒尺寸、晶相及形貌的影响。采用XRD 和TEM 测定手段对溶胶粒子的结构进行了表征。研究结果表明:这种溶胶中二氧化钛纳米晶为锐钛矿相、晶粒为棒状,沿c 轴定向生长,并具有高的长径比。水热时间的延长及提高水热温度有利于晶粒"定向附着"生长,得到结晶完美、长径比更高的二氧化钛纳米棒,但温度过高将会导致溶胶粒子大量团聚。
he sol of anatase TiO2 was prepared by a hydrothermal method with peroxotitauium acid as precursor, which was peptized by hydrogen peroxide with the titania precipitates. The effects of hydrothermal time and temperature on the nanoparticle size, crystallization and morphology were investigated. The structure of anatase TiO2 crystallites in the sol was characterized by XRD and TEM. It was confirmed TiO2 nanoparticles had anatase crystalline structure with high aspect ratio, nanorod-like shape, they grew along the c-axis. This results mean that increase the time and temperature of hydrothermal process could make for TiO2 nanoparticles aligned along crystal growth by the oriented attachment mechanism with the perfect crystallization. However, higher hydrothermal temperature resulted in some of nanoparticles aggregating.
