掺钕钆镓石榴石固体热容激光晶体生长
Growth of Nd:GGG Solid-State Heat Capacity Laser Crystal
本文采用固相反应法合成了掺钕钆镓石榴石(分子式:Nd:Gd3Ga5O12, 简称:Nd:GGG)多晶原料,以提拉法(Cz)生长技术生长出尺寸为Ф(35~40)×95mm的Nd:GGG固体热容激光晶体。对Nd:GGG多晶料及挥发物进行了X射线衍射(XRD)分析,确定了最佳合成温度为1300℃,挥发物成分为Ga2O3。利用扫描电镜能谱分析方法,对Nd:GGG晶体进行了组份分析,结果表明,晶体中除了含有O、Ga、Gd、Nd四种元素外,没有其它元素,即没有引入其它杂质,晶体也没有发生组分偏移。
In this paper, the gadolinium gallium garnet doped by neodymium (Nd:GGG) polycrystal material was synthesized by the solid-state reaction method, and the Nd:GGG solid-state heat capacity laser crystal with the size of Ф(35~40)×95mm was grown by the Cz method.The optimal synthesized temperature of Nd:GGG polycrystal material was determined to be 1300℃ by means of XRD analysis.The XRD curves of volatile show the volatile should be Ga2O3.The component analysis was investigated using scanning electron spectrometry analysis method, and the results show that there are only O, Ga, Gd, Nd four elements, no other impurities and composition migration in this crystal.
