o deal with the problems that the progress information is not fed back in time, and the low treatment efficiency in producing anomaly, and dominant enterprises's inability to control the outsourcing production schedule, combining with advanced management thought of networked manufacturing and manufacturing execution system (MES), an networked real-time control and management system for outsourcing production schedule based on mobile terminal was presented. The general planning, function structure and running mode of the system were established, and some key techniques were studied, such as research on a real-time tracking scheme of outsourcing production schedule information based on mobile terminal and early-warning model of the outsourcing production schedule monitoring. The system was successfully applied in an manufacturer in Jiangsu, and good results were obtained.
