网络视频监控与解码软矩阵系统的设计

he paper proposes a framework of the network video supervising system with the decode soft matrix to resolve the traditional video supervising system with only function of the displaying and recording, and having no function of displaying onto the television-wall by the network decoder, thus meeting the requirements for the video supervising system in industrial site. The system includes network video displaying module and decoding soft matrix module. The paper introduces The framework of the system, and describes the methods of the system.
