distribution center and multiple retailers coordination optimization problem is studied in cold chain goods distribution process, which allows the customer to exist out of time and assume random lead time. The deterioration rate function has the Weibull distribution and service level is considered. A mathematical model based on the supply chain cost minimization goals. Considering the deterioration rate and random lead time under the assumption that, the model obtained the optimal distribution of trips, according to the number of retailers.
