基于层次分析法的煤炭行业供应商选择研究
Research into Selection of Coal Industry Suppliers Based on Analytical Hierarchy Process
供应链管理（SCM）是一种适用全球制造的管理模式。进入21世纪，企业之间的竞争更大程度上转变为供应链的竞争。煤炭是我国的主体能源，煤炭行业在进行关键物料的采购时，存在着供应商数目多难以选择等问题。本文选用层次分析法进行煤炭供应商的选择，在建立层次结构模型的基础上，通过构造矩阵，计算和排序以及一致性检验，判断供应商的优劣，为煤炭行业选择供应商提供了定量和定性分析的比较科学的依据。
Supply Chain Management (SCM) is a management model applied to global manufacturing. A greater degree of competition between enterprises on the changes in the supply chain competition since 21st century. Coal is China\\\'s chief energy and it is more difficult to select the number of suppliers when the coal industry during the procurement of key materials and so on. In this paper,AHP is provided as a quantitative and qualitative analysis of the scientific basis for election of coal industry suppliers through establishing hierarchical structure model, judging the merits of suppliers from the structure matrix, computing and sorting and consistency check.
