德国高速公路电子收费系统
Electronic Toll Collection in Germany
我国已建成的高速公路中，出于筹资还贷的原因，均实行了收费的政策和制度。在实际操作中，形成了不尽相同的收费系统。本文在介绍了国内高速公路现有的各种收费形式的基础上，着重阐述了电子收费(ETC)系统在国内高速公路收费中的应用情况，并以德国2005年初实行的高速公路电子收费系统为例，对电子收费系统框架及其关键技术进行了系统的描述。
Because of financing and paying off the load, freeways that have been built in China execute different charge policy or regulation. In actual operation, different charging systems are adopted. In this paper, the state of electronic toll collection (ETC) system is described in detail. Based on the example of ETC system in Germany, the frame of ETC system is presented.
