乙醇对光辅助阳极电沉积CeO2薄膜的影响
Influence of thanol on photo assisting anodic electrodeposition of CeO2 thin film
本文采用光辅助恒电位阳极沉积方法在316L不锈钢电极表面制备了铈氧化物薄膜,研究了镀液中乙醇含量变化对铈氧化物薄膜结构和耐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:光照有助于提高薄膜的生长厚度。当镀液中乙醇含量由0 % V/V逐渐增至70 % V/V时,沉积薄膜的厚度由38.1 nm增至48.4 nm;光生电子可有效地提高CeO2薄膜的厚度。沉积薄膜的耐蚀性能随着乙醇含量的增加逐渐增强,镀液中添加70 % V/V乙醇时,沉积薄膜的耐蚀性最佳,其腐蚀电流密度为3.40 ×10-8 mA.cm-2。
In this paper, ceria thin films have been anodic deposited with photo assisting in the electroplating solution containing various volume ratio of ethanol (0, 10, 40, 70 and 100 % V/V) onto 316L stainless steel surface. Results show that the film thickness of ceria layers and corrosion protection increase whereas the film porosity decrease with the augment of ethanol content from 0 % V/V to 70 % V/V; The important role of ethanol content in enhancing the anodic deposition rate of ceria film may be mostly achieved by the simultaneously photo generated electrons. Using a deposition bath solution containing 70% V/V ethanol, a layer with the minimum porosity of 24.1%, maximum thickness of 48.4 nm, and minimum corrosion current density of 3.40 ×10-8 mA.cm-2 has been obtained.
