本设计实现一套基于GPS&GPRS的远程监控系统。它能够实现控制中心对远程终端的监控。GPS（Global Positioning System－全球定位系统）可以提供终端的经纬度坐标，高度，速度等信息，对于移动终端更能凸显它的功能。本系统使用GPRS将GPS信息以及终端采集的其它信息快速准确的传回到控制中心，最终实现一套应用领域非常广的无线监控系统。
his designing completes a remote monitoring system based on GPS and GPRS. The control center can monitor the remote terminal easily. GPS（Global Positioning System）can provide the following information such as: longitude and latitude coordinate, altitude, velocity and so on and it is more useful in moving terminal. This system uses GPRS to transmit the GPS and other information from the terminal to the control center. This wireless remote monitoring system can be used to abroad domain.
