语音网关(又称媒体网关),是VoIP解决方案的重要组成部分,它位于IP网络与PSTN网络的边缘,是双网融合的关键部件。语音网关既可作为PSTN网络的呼叫终端,与普通电话机一样参与呼叫信令流程,又可作为IP网络电话的终端,起到类似IP电话机的作用。语音网关的驱动,是语音网关软件系统中重要的组成部份,决定着语音网关处理能力、可扩展能力和可靠性等方面。本文主要介绍VoIP的原理和相关技术、语音网关的软、硬件体系结构、驱动的设计和主要流程的实现。
Media-Gateway, which connects the IP networks and PSTN, plays an important role in the VoIP resolutions.Media-Gateway can work like a terminal of the PSTN, taking part in calling process just like a telephone, and it also can perform like a IP telephone. The driver program is an important part of the software system of Media-Gateway, and it determines the Gateway’s process power、expansive ablity and reliability. In this paper, the hardware and software structure of the Media-Gateway will be introduced, and then is the design of the driver program and the realization of the main processes.
