基于ARM和GPRS的光纤智能结构健康监控系统
Monitoring system for optical fiber smart sturctures based on ARM and GPRS
本文提出并设计了一种基于ARM和GPRS的远程数据传输系统。系统包括光源,光纤智能结构,光电检测电路,远程终端单元(RTU),GPRS 网络,Internet和监控中心服务器,其中终端单元由ARM微控制器和GPRS无线通信模块组成。RTU与监控中心之间是通过GPRS 网络和Internet来进行数据交换的,在监控中心收到的数据中包含了复合材料智能结构的健康状态信息,通过对数据的处理就能判断材料结构的健康状态,从而达到对智能材料结构的健康状态进行远程监控的目的,同时还进行了相应的承载实验,实验结果表明:该监控系统性能稳定、有效且可靠,为复合材料结构的健康状态监控提供了一种新方法。
he system of remote data communication based on GPRS communication and ARM is proposed and designed in this paper. The whole system is made up of laser source, optical fiber smart structure, remote terminal unit (RTU), GPRS network, Internet and monitoring server center. RTU consists of ARM microprocessor and GPRS wireless communicate module. The data received by the RTU is sent to the monitoring center through GPRS network and Internet. The health status of material structure researched can be known as the data contains the health information of optical fiber smart material structure. That is to say, it realizes the purpose of monitoring the health status of optical fiber intelligence structure. The loading experiments were conducted and the results showed that the monitoring system is stable, efficient and reliable. It provides a new method for condition monitoring of optical fiber smart structure.
