有机化蒙脱土改性沥青微观机理研究
Studies on Microcosmic Mechanism of Organo-montmorillonite Modified Asphalt
运用傅立叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)等手段,对有机化蒙脱土(OMMT)、沥青以及经熔融插层形成的OMMT/沥青复合材料进行了分析,探讨了有机化蒙脱土与沥青形成的微观机理。XRD分析表明,随着OMMT掺量的增加,复合材料中蒙脱土片层间距逐渐增大,但增大的趋势不够显著,OMMT/沥青复合材料形成的是一种稳定的插层型结构,且蒙脱土片层结构在熔融剪切作用下变的更加有序化;FTIR分析呈示,沥青大分子插层进入蒙脱土层间后,结构中Si-O和Al-OH振动吸收峰峰位发生漂移,这归因于沥青大分子与蒙脱土层间表面阳离子之间的相互作用,且经回归分析表明OMMT在沥青中是均匀分散的;DSC分析表明,复合材料的玻璃化转变温度明显高于基质沥青,并且随着OMMT掺量的增加而增大;复合材料的软化点和粘度均明显增大,耐高温特性显著提高,其实验结果与DSC分析结果是一致的。
Organo-montmorillonite(OMMT), Asphalt and OMMT/Asphalt composite materials prepared by melt intercalation were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) ,X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC). The Microcosmic Mechanism of asphalt with organo-montmorillonite were studied. The XRD results showed that the lamella spacing of montmorillonite gradually augmented with the increasing of OMMT dosage,but the trend is undistinct. OMMT/Asphalt composite materials formed a stable intercalated structure, and under the molten shearing, the lamella of montmorillonite became more orderly. The FTIR analysis induced that the bitumen molecules intercalated into the interlayers of the montmorillonite, and the Si-O and Al-OH vibration absorption peaks were shifted. This attributed to the interactions of asphalt macro-molecules and the surfactant cations within the montmorillonite interlayer space. Regression analysis showed that the OMMT is symmetrical dispersed into asphalt. The DSC results showed that composite materials’ vitrification temperature was significantly higher than asphalt, and with the increasing of OMMT dosage. The softening point and viscosity of composite materials were significantly increased, and the high temperature properties were improved, the experimental results are consistent with the DSC analysis .
