低照度环境城市道路可变限速确定
Study on variable speed limits under low illumination of urban traffic
为探讨低照度环境时驾驶人对目标物的识认时间变化规律,为该环境下的可变限速提供理论依据,本文通过道路实车试验采集了驾驶员对6种颜色视标的辨识时间数据,利用统计分析的方法对数据进行处理分析,发现驾驶员的辨识时间与环境照度值之间存在显著的负相关关系,而且线性模型的拟合优度较高。最后,根据各照度区间的辨识时间,考虑不同照度区间车辆制动安全距离的关系并以500lx作为基准,提出低照度环境的可变限速方案:照度在500lx以上时,按正常限速值限速;照度在0~200lx、200~500lx区间段的限速值可分别取正常限速值的70%和80%.
o analyze driver' recognition time of targets under low illumination environment, and provide a theoretical basis for the variable speed limit in different illumination environment. Experimental research on driver' recognition time of 6 colours target affected by environment illumination was conducted, and these data was analyzed by statistical analysis. A significant negative correlation between driver's recognition time and environment illumination was discovered. and the goodness-of-fit of the linear model reaches higher degree. Lastly, According to the recognition time of each illumination sections, and considering the relationship of vehicle braking safety distance in different illumination sections based on 500lx,a variable speed limits scheme based on low illumination environment was proposed: the normal speed limit was conducted under illumination more than 500lx; illumination in the 0~200lx and 500~500lx sections, the speed limit can be taken 70% and 80% respectively.
