以"立德树人"和"新工科"理念为指导,综合分析了当前《集成电路制造工艺学》课程在培养模式方面存在的问题,将课程思政和虚拟现实、案例教学、政产学研、多元化教学评等教学模式有机融合到课程教学体系中,加强现代信息技术和集成电路制造工艺教学的深度融合,提升学生理论知识学习和工程应用与实践能力,打造"新工科"人才培养创新模式典范。
Guided by the concept of "Morality Education" and "Emerging Engineering Education", we analyzed the problems of the current "Integrated Circuit Manufacturing Process" course in terms of cultivation mode, and organically integrated the teaching modes of curriculum politics, virtual reality, case teaching, government-industry-university-research, and diversified teaching evaluation into the course teaching system to enhance the deep integration of modern information technology and IC manufacturing teaching, and improve students\' theoretical knowledge learning and engineering application and practical ability, and create an innovative model of "Emerging Engineering Education" talent training.
