本文用sol-gel法制备褐铁矿/ TiO2光催化剂,通过测试表征和回收实验表明,褐铁矿颗粒表面负载上一层较为均匀的TiO2膜,且核/膜结构较为牢固;利用自制光催化剂对造纸废水进行光催化降解处理实验表明,CODcr去除率达到70%,CODcr由251mg/L降为78.3mg/L,符合国家一级排放标准。

Limonite/ TiO2 composite photocatalystic material prepared by sol-gel method showed that it had been loaded with a homogeneous TiO2 film on its surface, and it had a firm nuclear/membrane structure. The experiments of photocatalystic degradation treatment of papermaking wastewater using the self-made photocatalyst showed that: the removal rate of CODcr attained 70% after treatment and the residual CODcr was about 78.3mg/L as compared to 251mg/L of the influent, which accords with the national 1 discharge standard.
