自动化仓库因其具有较高的空间利用率和较高的运行效率而在全国各地快速普及。如何利用这些自动化仓库所积累的大量历史数据来对自动仓库的运营进行优化是个值得研究的课题,而用Duration-of-stay(DOS)存储策略代替使用广泛的基于周转率的分类存储策略正是可以利用这些数据进行运营优化的一种有效方式。论文将DOS存储策略运用在了倍深式的自动存取系统中,建立了基于DOS策略的系统总行程时间数学模型,并将其与数学模型的解以及基于周转率的分类存储策略分别在小规模问题与大规模问题上进行了对比。并通过仿真实验表明了DOS存储策略在倍深式AS/RS中运用的有效性,以及DOS存储策略相比于基于周转率的分类存储策略存在明显的优势。研究表明DOS存储策略在历史数据充足、可以进行有效预测的情况下比基于周转率的分类存储策略要优大约5%。

utomatedstorage/retrieval systems(AS/RS) has been rapidly popularized all over the country because of its high space utilization rate and high operational efficiency. How to use the large amount of historical data accumulated by these AS/RSs to optimize the operation of itself is a topic worthy of study, and using Duration-of-stay (DOS) storage policy instead of widely used classified storage policy based on turnover rate is an effective way to optimize the operation of these data. In this paper, DOS storage policy is applied to double-deep AS/RS, and a mathematical model of total travel time based on DOS policy is established. It is compared with the solution of the mathematical model and the classified storage policy based on turnover rate for small-scale and large-scale problems respectively. The simulation results show that the DOS storage policy is effective in double-depth AS/RS, and that the DOS storage policy has obvious advantages over the classification storage policy based on turnover rate. The research shows that the DOS storage policy is about 5% better than the classified storage policy based on turnover rate when the historical data is sufficient and can be effectively predicted.
