i基渗Mo涂层新工艺的性能研究

不同温度下,采用料浆包覆和粉末包埋法对纯Ti基进行渗Mo处理。研究了涂层的组织结构和表面及截面形貌。研究了Mo和Ti元素的扩散过程。测量了样品的高温抗氧性能。结果显示这种复合材料有很好的高温应用前景。
i substrate is coated with a new process of Mo permeating in the way of slurrying and powder packing at different temperature. The structures of coat and topographies of surface and cross section have been investigated. The distributions for Mo and Ti elements have been observed. The properties of high temperature oxidation resistance have been measured. The results show that the kind of composite material has a good potential for high temperature application.
