冷空气过程与兰州市呼吸系统疾病的相关分析

为了探讨冷空气过程对于呼吸系统疾病的影响,收集兰州市2001-2005年呼吸系统疾病资料、气象资料和空气污染资料,对呼吸系统疾病发病人数进行了统计分析。 结果表明:冷空气过程对于呼吸系统疾病有同期、滞后和前期影响。同期影响中,过程持续时间、最低温度降幅、气压升幅以及降水对呼吸系统发病人数影响较大;滞后影响主要存在于冷空气过程后1-4d,气压增幅、持续天数、最低温度降幅和降水影响较大;冷空气过程发生前1-3d对呼吸系统疾病发病有影响,最低温度降幅、持续时间和平均温度降幅影响较大。另外,冷空气过程之前第3天和之后第3、4天大气中可吸入颗粒物浓度对呼吸系统疾病发病有影响。总体上,冷空气过程前后气象要素变化会对呼吸系统疾病产生影响,此外,冷空气过程还可以通过影响大气可吸入颗粒物浓度而进一步影响呼吸系统发病。

In this paper, discussing influence of cold air on respiratory system disease,data of respiratory system disease, meteorological factors and air pollution during the same period in 2001-2005 were collected and analyzed mainly by correlation analysis. Results show that the cold air has simultaneous, hysteretic and preliminary influence on respiratory system disease. During the process of and 1-4 days after the cold air, the durative days, reduction of minimum temperature, rising of air pressure and precipitation are signally related to the respiratory system disease; 1-3 days advanced the cold air, the durative days, reduction of minimum temperature and mean temperature are closely related to the respiratory system disease. In addition, concentration of inhalable particles on 3 days advanced and 3, 4 days after the cold air could influence morbidity of the respiratory system disease. Totally, the cold air influence the respiratory system disease not only though variation of meteorological factors, but also by effecting the concentration of inhalable particles.
