泡沫除尘和其他除尘方法相比,具有除尘小率高、用水量少等优点,为了分析泡沫除尘机理,针对泡沫与粉尘的碰撞过程,以单个颗粒体为基础,提出截留、惯性碰撞、扩散、粘附等作用在这一过程中起主导作用。此外,运用流体力学知识,对上述各作用进行了理论分析,这些分析可用于泡沫除尘效率的理论分析与计算中,并得出提高单颗泡沫的捕尘效率及泡沫密度是提高总的捕尘效率的有效途径之一,这对煤矿粉尘的防治工作具有重要的指导意义。

ompared to other ways of dedusting, foam-dedusting has many merits, such as the efficiency is high and water comsumption is low, ect. In order to analyze the mechanism of foam dedusting, on the basis of single particle, the theory that interception, inertial impaction, diffusing, and adsorption dominant in the process of the collision between the foam and dust is proposed.Besides, this paper carries out a theoretical analysis based on hydromechanics theory, which can be applied in the calculation of the efficiency of the dust collection, and according to this, a conclusion that increasing the single foam dedusting efficency and foam density are the efficient pathes to increase the overall collection efficiency, which will be benefit to the dustproof jobs in coal mines.
