溶液法制备基于苯并二噻吩衍生物的空气稳定的n-型有机薄膜晶体管
Solution-processed and Air-stable n-Type Organic Thin-Film Transistors Based on Benzodithiophene Deriative
本文合成了N-氰亚胺取代的π-共轭体系苯并二噻吩化合物。这类化合物有望作为在空气中稳定的,可用溶液法制备的n型有机薄膜晶体管的材料。利用质谱、核磁共振氢谱、元素分析、紫外可见吸收光谱,电化学测试等方法对化合物进行了表征。并利用溶液法制备了n型场效应晶体管,迁移率达到了0.003 cm2V-1s-1,并具有良好的空气稳定性。
π-conjugated systems containing cyanoimine substituted benzodithiophene were synthesized as potential active materials for solution-processed and air-stable n-type organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs). The compound was characterized by MS, HNMR, elemental analysis, UV-Vis and electrochemistry. n-Type OTFTs were fabricated by solution-processing and a relatively good mobility up to 0.003 cm2V-1s-1 was obtained with good air stability.
