高速旋转轴系的扭振模态实验研究

本文以武汉理工大学高速旋转机械试验台为基础,利用ATI 遥测扭振测试系统对待测轴在不同转速下的扭转振动做了详尽的测量,经过后期的频谱分析和数据处理,得到了待测轴的一阶固有频率;通过Ansys仿真分析结果和实验数据的对比,证明了测量结果的准确性,同时指出了对扭振信号进行后处理时小波降噪的必要性和有效性。为今后整个旋转平台的模态研究打下了基础。
his paper is mainly about the torsional measurement of the rotating shaft at different speed using the ATI 2000 series torsional measurement system. It is based on the high speed rotating mechanism of Wuhan University of Technology. Through the data analysis and the post processing, We manage to get the first natural frequency of the output shaft. After the comparison between the Ansys simulation result and the experiment data,the reliability of the system has been proved. Besides, the noise reduction based on the wavelet is apparently useful and helpful, making the foundation for the further model analysis of the whole rotating system.
