基于预售方法的季节性产品三级供应链研究
Research on three-level supply chain of seasonal product sales based on advance selling method
本文基于预售理论,研究了由消费者、零售商和制造商组成的季节性产品三级供应链的定价问题。首先分析了制造商和零售商以及零售商和消费者之间的销售过程,分别建立了零售商和制造商在预售和现场阶段的利润函数。在此基础上,得到了以整体利润函数为目标、制造商占据优势和零售商占据优势情况下的定价策略。研究发现,以整体利润函数为目标的情况下供应链不能达到协调;同时发现制造商的定价决策能够调整整体供应链的利润分配。算例分析验证了有关结论,并进一步探讨了在以整体利润函数为目标的情况下制造商定价如何影响供应链的利润分配问题;最后分析了模型中各个参数对于供应链中利润的影响。
Based on the advance selling theory, this paper studies the pricing problem of the three level supply chain which sales the seasonal product consisting of a consumer, a retailer and a manufacturer. The article first analyzes the sales process between the manufacturer and the retailer and the retailer and the consumer, and establishes the profit function of the retailer and the manufacturer in the advance selling and the field stage respectively. On the basis of above, the pricing strategy of the overall profit function is obtained, as well as the pricing strategy under the condition of the manufacturer's and retailer's dominant advantage. The study found that the supply chain cannot reach the coordination under the objective of the overall profit function; at the same time, the manufacturer's pricing decision can be found to adjust the profit distribution of the whole supply chain. The numerical analysis verifies the conclusion and further discusses how the manufacturer's pricing affects the profit distribution of the supply chain in the case of the objective of the overall profit function. Finally, the effects of various parameters in the model on the profit of the supply chain are analyzed.
