类金刚石膜高温摩擦学性能的研究进展
Research progress in the tribological properties of DLC films at elevated temperature
航天、航空、核能等尖端技术迫切要求使用耐高温润滑涂层,以保护金属构件的表面, 增加发动机、推进器等关键零部件的工作效率和输出功率。上世纪80年代国际摩擦学界根据工业和国防的需要将高温润滑涂层和耐磨材料定为摩擦学学科发展的重要研究方向之一。本文综述了国内外近年来高温工况下类金刚石膜的摩擦学性能研究成果,总结了类金刚石膜在高温环境下的摩擦学性能及其影响因素,阐述了类金刚石膜高温摩擦学行为分析方法,提出了研究中存在的问题和未来发展的研究方向。
It is urgent to apply high temperature lubrication coatings in aerospace and nuclear energy field to improve surface performance of mechine components and increase the efficiency of the engine. According to the needs of industry and National defense, high temperature lubrication coatings and resistant materials were defined as an important research direction of the development of tribology in 1980s. In this paper, the progress of the tribological properties of diamond like carbon films under high temperature in recent years was reviewed. The tribological behaviors and their effecte were investigated under high temperature. The methods of the tribological behaviors under high temperature were analyzed. The existing problems and future research considerations were proposed.
