基于超声波反射法测量温度方法的研究

本文主要利用超声波反射法对温度的测量进行了研究,基于超声波的传播特性与温度存在一定的关系,通过利用超声波测温来解决远距离的温度场的测量的问题,超声波反射法测温的基本原理是利用声波通过温度场声速的变化,在已知信号传播距离的前提下,通过对发射信号和接收信号时间差的测量,完成温度的检测。最后对利用超声波进行温度可能引起系统误差的因素以及相应的消除或减小误差的措施进行了分析,通过实验得知,随着温度的升高,受噪声等其他因素的影响,误差随之增大。但可以满足一般工程对温度测量精度的要求。
he paper introduced the temperature measurement by ultrasonic reflection. Based on the relation between the ultrasonic propagation and temperature, the temperature field could be measured by ultrasonic reflection in a distance. The principle of measuring temperature by ultrasonic reflection was that the speed of sound wave would change after passing temperature field. By the time delay between the emission signal and the receiving signal, with the pass distance of ultrasonic through the temperature field, the temperature could be gotten. The signal of measuring temperature was analyzed in the paper. Finally, the erroneous factor and how to reduce it was discussed. The experiment impacted shows the error increasing by noise and other factor with the high temperature. But the cross-correlation function of the ultrasonic signal could decrease error and satisfy the technical requirement of general project.
