茶叶提取液对溶菌酶蛋白纤维化的影响
Effects of Tea Extract Solution on Protein Fibrillation by Lysozyme
蛋白纤维化与数十种影响人类健康的疾病密切相关。这包括人们熟知的一些重大疾病,比如阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病、II型糖尿病等。探寻能够对蛋白纤维化过程有抑制作用的有机活性物质对与蛋白纤维化相关疾病的治疗和预防有重要意义。本文应用硫代黄素T荧光分析法和原子力显微技术研究了五种不同茶叶提取液对溶菌酶体系纤维化的影响,发现这五种茶叶提取液均对溶菌酶蛋白纤维化有抑制作用。
Protein fibrillation is relevant to numerous human diseases including the well-known diseases like Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and type II diabetes. Searching for active organics for the inhibition of protein fibrillation is highly beneficial for the prevention and treatment of protein fibrillation relevant diseases. Using Thioflavin T fluorescence assay and atomic force microscopy, the inhibitory effects of the extract solutions from five different types of tea on the fibrillation of lysozyme were investigated. It was found that all of the five types of tea extract solutions showed inhibitory effects on protein fibrillation by lysozyme.
