白屈菜红碱抗白色念珠菌生物膜活性体外研究

本研究的目的是探讨白屈菜红碱在体外对白色念珠菌及其生物膜的作用情况,为白色念珠菌生物膜相关感染的预防和治疗提供实验依据。利用96孔板,以不同浓度的白屈菜红碱对白色念珠菌悬浮菌以及由96孔板建立的白色念珠菌生物膜体外模型分别进行作用,检测白屈菜红碱对白色念珠菌悬浮菌及其生物膜的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。药物敏感性试验结果:白屈菜红碱对白色念珠菌悬浮菌的MIC和MBC分别为8ug/ml,128ug/ml;白屈菜红碱对白色念珠菌生物膜的MIC和MBC分别为256ug/ml和>2048ug/ml。研究结果表明,适当浓度的白屈菜红碱对白色念珠菌及其生物膜具有一定的抑制作用,白屈菜红碱具有抑制真菌和真菌生物膜的潜在开发价值,可以对其抑菌作用以及作用机制进行进一步研究。

he aim of this study is to investigate the effect of chelerythrine against the biofilm by Candida albicans, providing experimental basis for the prevention and treatment of biofilm related infection. Different concentrations of chelerythrine against Candida albicans in suspension and in biofilm respectively by using 96 well microtiter-plates. The results of the drug sensitivity test: the MIC and the MBC of chelerythrine for C.albicans in suspension are 8μg/ml and 128μg/ml , while the MIC and MBC of chelerythrine for C.albicans in biofilms are 256μg/ml and >2048μg/ml. The test result shows that proper concentration chelerythrine has antimicrobial effects against Candida albicans. The chelerythrine has the effect of antifungal with high potential value of exploitation. Further study is needed to investigate the antimicrobial mechanisms of chelerythrine.
