聚苯胺/银基柔性电路的构建与应用

FABRICATION AND APPLICATION OF POLYANILINE-SILVER BASED FLEXIBLE CIRCUITS

本文选择聚苯胺作为柔性电路的基体,以银纳米粒子作为增强导电填料,制备出具有高导电率的导电材料。文中用掺杂-脱掺杂-再掺杂的方法来提高聚苯胺的电导率,详细研究了银纳米粒子在聚苯胺中的分散性。用丝网印刷的方法制备出聚苯胺/银基柔性电路,电路尺寸达到微米级,电导率达到100 S/cm以上。

In this paper, polyaniline was employed as the substrate of the flexible circuits, and silver nanoparticles were used as the conductivity-enhanced filler to manufacture the high-conductivity composites. The doping-dedoping-redoping method was used to develop the conductivity of polyaniline, and the dispersion of the silver nanoparticles in polyaniline was particularly studied. We used the screen-print method to prepare the polyaniline/Ag based flexible circuits, the sizes of which can reach micron grade and the conductivity can reach more than 100 S/cm.
