退行性腰椎管狭窄症相关指南的质量评价和推荐意见比较研究

Objective:To evaluate the methodological quality and reporting quality of the guidelines for Degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis (DLSS) using AGREE and RIGHT, and to provide reference for the preparation and reporting of DLSS guidelines.Methods: PubMed, CBM, CNKI, VIP and Wanfang databases were searched, as well as Medlive, WHO, NICE, GIN, NGC and SIGN. The retrieval period is from January 1, 2010 to January 1, 2022. Two evaluators independently evaluate the methodological quality and reporting quality of the included studiesand compared the recommendations in the literature under the premise of uniform grades.Results:A total of 6 related articles were included, including 4 guidelines and 2 consensus articles.One of the guidelines was for TCM, and three were for evidence-based guidelines. The evaluation results of AGREE showed that the ratio of the actual total score/actual maximum score of the 6 included literatures was 78.2%, 53.6%, 45.7%, 37.7%, 28.2 and 15.9% from high to low.RIGHT evaluation showed that the ratio of actual total score/maximum possible score of the four guidelines was 72.9%, 72.9%, 62.9% and 34.3% from high to low.A total of 46 therapeutic and 11 non-therapeutic recommendations were formed in the 6 literatures.Conclusions:The methodological quality and reporting standards of the current DLSS guidelines and consensus need to be further improved, and the recommendations for moderate and severe DLSS patients tend to be surgical treatment.
