中药复明片对兔视网膜脱离后视网膜电图影响的研究

Objective: To investigate the effects of FuMing Tablets of qi-benefitting, yin-fostering, and blood- invigorating and diuresis-activating on the retinal electrogram after retinal detachment of rabbits. Method: 72 colorful domestic rabbits were divided group A: normal comparison group, group B: branch model group after making retinal detachment model, group C: west medicine comparison group, group D: FuMing Tablets group. Then They were checked by the dark adaptation ERG test, the utmost mixing reactivity ERG test, bright adaption ERG test after the models were made one day before and after one day, 6th day, 13th day, 20th day respectively. Result: FuMing Tablets of qi-benefitting, yin-fostering, and blood- invigorating and diuresis-activating can promote SRF , the absorption of retinal bleeding, the reattaching of neurosensory retina and RPE, improve the swinging of wave a and wave b of the dark adaptation ERG, the utmost mixing reactivity ERG, bright adaption ERG of the rabbits’ eyes after the RD test, and shorten its hidden time. Conclusion: FuMing Tablets of qi-benefiting, yin-fostering, and blood- invigorating and diuresis-activating can promote to restoring the sight after retinal detachment of rabbits.
