基于CPLD的变压器油中杂质超声检测
PLD-based ultrasonic detection of impurities in transformer oil
文章以变压器油中杂质的检测为研究对象,利用超声波在油中传输速度的改变来测定绝缘油中杂质的含量及位置。为了实现超声波对变压器油中杂质进行检测,本文介绍了系统的总体构架并对其做了简单分析,然后在此基础上分别阐述了各个子模块的设计,最终成功设计了一种基于CPLD的变压器油中杂质超声波检测系统。
his paper provides a method with ultrasound detection technology based on CPLD to detect the impurity of oil in trasformer, according to the speed changes of ultrsound in insulation oil. This article describes the overall system architecture with a simple analysis way, and then expounded each sub-module’s design on the basis of it, last, the author uses CPLD with ultrasound detection technology to provide a system to locate the position of impurity in insulation oil and calculate the density of impurity.
