ZnO团簇的非线性光学特性
Nonlinear optical properties of ZnO clusters
ZnO团簇具有很强的表面效应和大量的表面缺陷能级,发光性质仍然不甚明了。本文利用荧光光谱仪和飞秒脉冲激光来激发ZnO团簇,采用单光子与多光子激发荧光分析法来研究ZnO团簇特有的光学性质和激发物理机制。单光子激发时,当激发光波长为360nm时,荧光强度最大。然而,随着激发波长的增加,荧光强度逐渐减弱,发光峰位缓慢红移。而采用双光子飞秒激光激发ZnO团簇时,激发波长为780nm时荧光强度最大,峰位于490nm左右,并且随着激发强度的增加,荧光强度呈非线性增加;随激发波长增加时,荧光峰位也会红移。并且,作为应用,我们把ZnO团簇作为细胞荧光探针,成功实现了双光子激发的细胞荧光显示。
he luminescent properties of ZnO clusters remain unexplored although they are known to possess strong surface effects and a large number of surface defect levels. By using fluorescence spectrometer and femtosecond laser, we invesigated the luminescence of ZnO clusters under single-photon and multiphoton excitation and the underlying phsyical mechanism. When the excitation wavelength was chosen to be 360 nm, the strangest luminescence intensity was osberved. However, the luminescence intensity decreased gradually and the emission peak was red shifted with increasing excitation wavelength. When the excitation wavelength was chosen to be 780 nm, the luminescnce peak appeared at ~490 nm and the luminescence intensity increased nonlinearly with increasing excitation intensity. As an example of practical applicastion, we demonstrated that ZnO clusters could be used in the imaging of living cells under two-photon excitation.
