江苏省FDI对能源消费强度的影响分析

his paper decomposes Jiangsu\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s energy consumption intensity change from 1998-2008 into FDI scale effect, FDI structure effect and FDI technology effect, from the aspect of FDI\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s distribution in the five industries, using LMDI model. Decomposition and analysis results showed that: In general, FDI scale effect reduced the energy consumption intensity; FDI structure effect and technology effect on the energy intensity fluctuated, and in the whole did not promote the reduction of energy consumption intensity. Therefore, introducing FDI in Jiangsu Province, we should expand the scale, improve the policies FDI introduction, adopt a unified energy-saving and emission reduction requirements to foreign-invested enterprises and domestic enterprises, increase the proportion of foreign investment in the technology-intensive industries, encourage FDI enterprises to use and exchange advanced energy-saving technologies, adjust the distribution industry structure of FDI to optimize the industrial structure adjustment, thus reducing the energy consumption intensity in Jiangsu province.
