浒苔发酵液对两种经济微藻生长的影响
Effect of Enterornorpha prolifera fermentation broth on growth of tow valuable microalgae
研究了浒苔发酵液对2种经济微藻生长的影响。浒苔经酿酒酵母发酵后发酵液的蛋白质和还原糖含量升高,总糖含量降低;发酵液添加量为1%,2%,3%时均对极大螺旋藻的生长有促进作用,藻的叶绿素含量有所增加,最大提高了75.30%;添加3%和2%未除菌的发酵液对球等鞭金藻的生长具有抑制作用,藻的叶绿素含量有所降低,最多降低了87.55%。
Influence of fermentation broth of Enterornorpha prolifera on the growth of tow valuable microalgae was studied. After fermentation of the algae by Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the content of protein and reducing sugar was increased and the total sugar content was decreased. Adding of 1%, 2%, 3% E.prolifera fermentation broth to the media had a growth promotion and an increase of chlorophyll content with the greatest rate of 70.3 % in Spirulina maxima. 3% and 2% (aseptic group ) E.prolifera fermentation broth inhibited growth and reduced chlorophyll content with the smallest rate of 87.5 % in Isochrysis galbana.
