Medical investigation is important in medical research, the establishment of computer database is the basis of medical survey analysis. EpiData is currently the most widely used tool to build the database. But because of the limitations of personalized data management functions and large-scale storage requirements, there is a need to build a secure cloud storage and computing platform based on CryptDB method according to the inherent business characteristics of medical investigation, to achieve the requirements of authorized user to do data management and data mining analysis, to ensure the security of data during the storage and transmission process, and to ensure that the data is not tampered or theft. At present, the platform has been developed and deployed, by using the platform, the workload of data entry and aggregation has been reduced, and the efficiency of medical workers has been improved greatly, so that can be used as future directions of research and application.
