基于Word的工作流表单引擎设计和实现

Form is the main information exchange carrier in workflow system, form engine is used to create or edit form. The traditional HTML forms have difficulties in form creation and expantion, they cannot meet the changing needs in business processes. This paper analyzes the current research of the workflow form engine, proposes a form information model based on the deep study of the Microsoft Word Object Model. Combined with the features of the Microsoft Word and with the using of the VBA(Visual Basic for Applications) and COM(Component Object Model) technology, this paper gives the architecture and solution of the workflow form engine, so that the form is not only easy to create and edit but also has the WYSIWYG(What You See Is What You Get) print feature, provides an easy-to-use and flexible form solution for workflow system.
