Preparation of nano-porous structure with Ti-Cu amorphous alloy

纳米多孔金属材料具有很多优良的性能,在诸多领域都有广阔的应用前景,因而引发了国内外研究学者们对纳米多孔金属的研究热潮。本文研究了在Ti-Cu非晶合金表面用去合金化法制备纳米多孔结构的工艺过程,通过控制去合金化过程中的硝酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间、加载电压以及非晶合金的样品成份等参数,制备出孔隙分布均匀,平均孔径大小在50nm左右、平均孔壁厚度约为100nm的纳米多孔结构表面。

Nano-porous metal materials have many excellent properties and potential applications in many fields,which led to the research boom of the nano-porous metals by domestic and foreign research scholars. In this paper, we study the procedure of nano-porous structure made on Ti-Cu metallic glass by dealloying. We obtain the optimum process parameters by controlling the solution concentration, reaction temperature, reaction time, load voltage and sample composition of the amorphous alloys in the procedure. By using these optimum process parameters, we have prepared the nano-porous metal, on which the distribution of pores are uniform, the average pore size is about 50nm and the average pore wall thickness is about 100nm.
