在合成孔径雷达设备的测试中，需要由信号源来提供所需的测试信号波形，且一次成像的数据量巨大，故需要的波形数据存储容量也大。本文在分析构建大容量矢量信号发生器的结构基础上，研究如何基于DDR SDRAM存储器来构建信号发生器，并介绍如何进行硬件和软件的设计与实现。
