Study on the relation between deformation modes and martensite volume fraction of SUS304 metastable austenitic stainless steel

本文通过单向拉伸实验,分析了拉伸速率对SUS304亚稳态奥氏体不锈钢马氏体转变量的影响,速率小于0.005/s时,随着速率的减小,马氏体转变量明显增多,大于0.005/s时,马氏体转变量减少但变化不大。基于十字件拉深成形实验,研究了不同应力状态下马氏体转变量随应变路径的变化规律,两压一拉应力状态下马氏体转变量最多,单拉和平面应变次之,双拉应力状态下最少。

Based on tensile tests, the effect of tensile strain rate on martensite volume fraction was investigated. The martensite volume fraction increases obviously when the strain rate is lower than 0.005/s. However, when the value is higher than 0.005/s, the martensite volume fraction fewly changes. Based on Cross-die drawing, the relationship between marteniste volume fraction and strain path under different stress states was studied. The more strain causes a higher martensite volume fraction. The amount of martensite under two compressive stress and a tensile state is the highest followed by uniaxial tension and plane strain. Biaxial tension stress state results in the least one.
