一种基于网络流数学模型的停机位再分配问题
Gate Reassignment based on Network Flow Model and Algorithm
停机位分配问题是多年来机场管理者需要解决的问题,分配要同时兼顾机场和乘客的利益,同时能提供突发事件的缓冲区。本文采用二值整数流网络模型,提出以减少燃油消耗和停机位服务费用与飞机延误情况下以及停机位指定分配的停机位再分配模型。本模型可以应用到大规模问题的计算,同时可以进行单目标决策,也可以根据权重来协调停机位的分配,进行多目标决策。
Gate assignment is a problem that the airport managers often need to solve. For the interests of the airport and passengers, assignment provides emergency buffer. Binary integer multi-commodity flow network model is used in this article, to put forward the gate reassignment problem based on the cost of fuel consumption, the cost of gate service, appointed gate and emergency buffer. This algorithm is computationally more efficient. And most importantly, it is flexible. It not only can be used for just one target but also can make policy on giving weight.
