深空探测车可变直径车轮牵引通过性研究
Research of Traction Trafficability of Variable Diameter Wheel for Planetary Rover
应用地面力学理论分析了深空探测车可变直径车轮与月球土壤间的相互作用,对轮片展开和车轮下陷做了合理的简化,对探测车轮的牵引通过性进行了计算分析,结果表明车轮的展开减小了推土阻力,车轮的挂钩牵引力和驱动效率都比车轮收缩状态有了明显的提高,并获得了驱动效率达到最大时滑转率的范围。
he paper analyzes the interaction between a kind of variable diameter wheel for planetary rover and lunar soil based on the theory of terramechanics, and it appropriately simplifies Extending and sinkage of wheel. The traction trafficability for the wheel of planetary rover was analyzed. The analytical results show that extended wheel decreases bulldozing resistance, and that the drawbar pull of the wheel and driving efficiency are increased dramatically compared with that the wheel in the state of pinch. And a range of slip ratio is obtained when the driving efficiency to arrive at maximum.
