光纤温度传感器在温度传感领域具有广泛的应用前景,本文基于布拉格光栅的谐振波长随温度变化的原理,提出了一种基于分布反馈激光器(DFB)的温度传感新方式,通过封装好的DFB激光器作为无源元件来感知温度的变化,实验结果表明,该传感方式具有非常好的可靠性、线性度以及温度灵敏度,其中温度灵敏度可达0.1031nm/℃,是光纤光栅(FBG)温度传感器的10倍。

Fiber optic temperature sensor has a broad application prospect in the field of temperature sensing. Based on the principle that the resonant wavelength of Bragg grating changes with temperature, a new temperature sensing technique based on distributed feedback (DFB) laser is proposed. The DFB laser in a transistor outline (TO) package is used as a passive component to sense the temperature changing. Experimental results show that the sensor has good reliability, linearity and temperature sensitivity. The temperature sensitivity is up to 0.1031nm/℃, which is 10 times of that of the FBG temperature sensor.
