本文以地处大厚度湿陷性黄土场地的某学校餐饮楼检测鉴定与加固设计为背景,对大厚度湿陷性黄土场地既有建筑出现不均匀沉降后的检测鉴定与加固设计进行了研究。对湿陷性黄土场地因浸水出现不均匀沉降的既有建筑从检测鉴定到加固设计,再到设计服务等一系列的工程实践,总结了湿陷性黄土场地既有建筑地基基础采用坑式静压钢管桩加固的计算方法,总结了加固的可靠性和局部顶升纠偏的有效性,并归纳形成了若干结论,可为后续类似的工程项目提供借鉴。
In this paper, based on the detection, identification and reinforcement design of a school catering building located in the large thickness collapsible loess site, the detection, identification and reinforcement design of existing buildings in the large thickness collapsible loess site after uneven settlement are studied. For the existing buildings with uneven settlement due to water immersion in collapsible loess site, a series of engineering practices, such as detection and identification, reinforcement design, and design service, are summarized. The calculation method of pit type static pressure steel pipe pile reinforcement for the foundation of existing buildings in collapsible loess site is summarized. The reliability of reinforcement and the effectiveness of local jacking correction are summarized, and some conclusions are concluded.It can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
