妊娠后期胎儿宫内发育受限对蒙古绵羊胎儿内脏器官生长发育的影响
Effect of intrauterine growth restriction during Late Pregnancy on Growth and Development of Ovine Fetal Visceral Organs
选择经同期发情且同期受孕,在妊娠90天时健康的苏尼特母羊100只,分为0.175 MJME•kgw-0.75•d-1(RG1)、0.33 MJME•kgw-0.75•d-1(RG2)以及自由采食组(CG)三个营养水平处理组,研究妊娠后期绵羊胎儿宫内发育受限对其内脏器官的影响。结果表明:妊娠后期不同营养水平限饲母羊,严重影响了RG1 (p<0.01)、RG2(p<0.05) 组羔羊平均初生重及胎儿期平均日增重;限制了RG1组体长(p<0.01)、胸围(p<0.01)、肺脏(p<0.01)、脾脏(p<0.01)、心脏(p<0.05)、肝脏(p<0.05)及皱胃重(p<0.01)。RG2组的肺脏(p<0.05)、脾脏重(p<0.01)表现出与对照组(CG)明显的差异,其它组织器官重尽管都不同程度的表现出降低的趋势,但与对照组差异不显著(p>0.05)。各组织器官重占体重百分比,两限制组脾脏仍比对照组显著低(p<0.01)。脑占体重的比例,对照组显著低于RG1组(p<0.01)。细胞动力学研究结果表明:RG2、RG1组初生羔羊心脏组织总DNA含量依次降低,但与CG组差异不显著(p>0.05)。RG2组初生羔羊肺脏(p<0.05)、脾脏(p<0.01)组织总DNA含量显著低于CG组;RG1组初生羔羊肺脏组织总DNA含量及蛋白:DNA比均显著低于CG组(p<0.05),空肠、皱胃组织总DNA含量均显著低于CG组(p<0.05),肝脏组织蛋白:DNA比显著低于CG组(p<0.05)。
his study investigated the effect of intrauterine growth restriction during late pregnancy on the growth and development of ovine fetal visceral organs.100 mongolia ewes allocated to three groups,which were oestrus at scheduled time and become pregnant, were given 0.175 MJME/kgw-0.75d -1 (Restricted Group 1 ;R1), 0.33 MJME/kgw-0.75d-1(Restricted Group 2;R2), and voluntary intake(control group ;CG) respectively during late pregnancy (90-150 d). The results indicated that the maternal undernutrition had influenced average lamb birth weight and daily growth rate of fetus in RG1(p<0.01)and RG2(p<0.05),and restricted CRL(p<0.01)and thoracic girth(p<0.01)in RG1.The weights of the lung (p<0.01), spleen (p<0.01), heart(p<0.05), liver(p<0.05) and abomasums (p<0.01) in RG1 were significantly lighter than that of the CG. In RG2, only the weight of lung(p<0.05) and spleen(p<0.01) were significantly lighter than that of the CG; When expressed as a percentage of body weight, significance was retained in the spleen(p<0.01)of both restricted groups, but the rate of brain in RG1 was significantly higher than that of the CG(p<0.01). For lung and spleen, maternal undernutrition resulted in the amount of DNA were significant lower(p<0.01)in both restricted neonatal lambs compared with CG, however, there was a significant difference only between RG1 and CG for protein:DNA ratio in lung(p<0.01). The DNA content in kidney,abomasums and jejunum were decreased(p<0.05)of RG1 neonatal lambs ,but in liver and reticulum, the protein:DNA ratio was decreased(p<0.05)compared with CG.
