几种桃砧木对南方根结线虫的抗性研究
Resistance of Several Peach Rootstocks to Root-knot Nematode Meloidogyne incognita
以钵苗为试材,采用人工接种的方法研究了野生毛桃(Prunus persica )、寿星桃(P. persica var densa )与“赤芽”桃(P. persica )杂交品种筑波4号、筑波5号和毛樱桃(Prunus tomentosa )对南方根结线虫(Meloidogyne incognita)的抗性。结果表明:筑波4号、筑波5号为免疫品种;毛樱桃的抗性株间分离明显,其中存在免疫和高抗2种基因型;毛桃的抗性株间差异极大,有高抗和易感2种基因型。筑波4号、筑波5号的抗性稳定,实生个体间未出现抗性分离现象。毛樱桃及毛桃中有否其他抗性类型有待于进一步研究证实。
Potted-seedlings of four peach rootstocks, wild Peach ( Prunus persica ), Downy cherry ( Prunus tomentosa ), Tsukuba-4 and Tsukuba-5 ( two hybrid varieties of P. persica var. densa × P. persica ), were incubated with the root-knot nematode ( Meloidogyne incognita Chitwood ) to evaluate their resistance to this nematode. Tsukuba-4 and Tsukuba-5 were immune genotypes to M. incognita, and can stably transfer this resistance to the progeny, with no resistance separation among the seedlings. Resistant seedlings of Downy cherry were grouped into two types, the immune type and the highly resistant type. There were significant differences among wild Peach seedling, ranked as highly resistant genotype and susceptible one. To Downy cherry and wild Peach, whether there were other types of resistances should be further investigated.
