面向APN的UD-QoE模型及自适应优化方法

随着网络技术和相关产业的迅速发展,各式各样的网络应用向网络服务提供商提出了不同的需求。为了使网络能够提供更加细粒度的定制化服务,新的网络协议成为业界研究的重点。其中应用感知网络(APN:application-aware networking)由于具有感知应用需求的能力,成为了网络服务提供商的研究重点。APN通过将表述需求的能力扩展至用户侧,使网络与应用重新耦合,有效交互。用户侧的需求是具有差异化的,现有的研究着眼于应用的内容,通过应用差异化提供网络服务,对用户的差异化特征缺少必要的研究。本文将重点针对用户类型的差异,根据应用特征与用户特征提供差异化服务的APN自适应优化方法。以网络游戏作为重点研究的应用场景,给出了UD-QoE评估模型。通过该模型驱动APN,通过仿真实验验证了引入用户参数后APN转发的优势。

With the rapid development of network technology and related industries, various network applications have put forward different requirements to network service providers. In order to enable the network to provide more fine-grained customized services, new network protocols have become the focus of research in the industry. Among them, application aware network (APN) has become the research focus of network service providers because of its ability to sense application needs. APN can re-couple and effectively interact with the network and applications by extending the ability to express requirements to the user side. The demand of the user side is differentiated. The existing research focuses on the content of the application, and provides network services through application differentiation. There is a lack of necessary research on the differentiated characteristics of users. This article will focus on the differences in user types and provide an APN adaptive optimization method that provides differentiated services based on application and user characteristics. Taking online games as the application scenario of the key research, the UD-QoE evaluation model is given. The APN is driven by this model, and the advantages of APN forwarding after introducing user parameters are verified by simulation experiments.
