锂离子电池非线性退化效应建模及其循环寿命预测

基于数据驱动的锂离子电池剩余寿命预测方法研究已成为故障预测与健康管理领域的研究热点,而原有针对锂离子电池非线性退化特征而提出的非线性改进自回归模型在实际应用过程中存在难以适应电池寿命长度差异的问题。针对这一问题,本文对原有模型进行改进,引入寿命退化比例参数,用以刻画锂离子电池容量的非线性退化特征,并提出一种基于寿命退化比例参数的非线性改进自回归模型。实验结果表明本文提出的改进模型的非线性退化特征预测能力较强,对不同电池具有一定的适用性,能够给出锂离子电池剩余寿命的准确估计结果,适合实际应用。

In this paper, Nonlinear Scale Degradation Parameter based Autoregressive Model is proposed for Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction of Lithium-ion Battery, which is the hotspot in Prognostics and Health Management. This method improves the RUL prediction ability of pre-existing Nonlinear Degradation Autoregressive Model for different Lithium-ion Battery. This model imports an improved nonlinear degradation factor based on the current percentage of life-cycle length which contains the battery capacity degradation characteristics information of different periods. The experiment results show that the proposed model can achieve satisfied RUL prediction performance and fit practical application.
