混凝土早期水化过程中,表面散热对混凝土内部温度分布有着重要的影响。为了获得在二维方向散热条件下混凝土内部温度分布情况,从水化温度峰值开始测量了混凝土试件内部不同位置的温度变化。结果表明,二维散热条件下,混凝土内部温度受到两个方向上的散热影响,越接近试件表面,温度随时间变化下降得越快,内外位置温差越大,产生的温度梯度越大,造成更大的温度应力;在快速降温阶段,即从终凝到60小时之间,降温速度快,温度应力大;试件内部的热传递速率大于近表面位置热量传递到表面并散失到环境中的速率;近表面的位置早期温度梯度可达80℃/m左右,内部温度梯度也能达到50℃/m左右。

n the early hydration processes of concrete, surface radiating has important effects on the internal temperature distribution in concrete. In order to know the internal temperature distribution under the two-dimensional heat radiating, the temperatures and their changes were measured from the peak hydration temperature within different positions in concrete specimen. Results showed that under the condition of two-dimensional heat radiating, inner temperatures in concrete were affected by two directions. It was known that where closer to the surface had faster temperature declining with time went by, which brought out greater temperature differences between inside and outside. Consequently, greater temperature gradient and temperature stress came out. In rapid cooling stage, when was from final set to 60 hours, concrete cooled faster, which caused greater temperature stress. Under the condition of two-dimensional heat radiating, heat transferred faster from more interior position to more external than form the position where closer to surface to outside and radiated into environment. Near the surface in early stage, the temperature gradient could reach 80℃/m, as while as the internal temperature gradient could either reach 50 ℃/m.
