由于塑料齿轮具有运行平稳、噪声低、惯性小、自润滑、抗腐蚀和成本低等优点,已在电子、仪器仪表、精密机械、办公自动化等设备上得到了广泛应用。在塑料齿轮注射成型过程中,选取合适的浇口位置和浇口形式和适当的成形工艺,可以使塑料齿轮收缩均匀,减少翘曲变形,从而提高塑料齿轮的精度和质量。本文针对标准渐开线直齿塑料齿轮注射成型设计了10种浇注系统方案,并通过Moldflow模拟分析,根据分析结果对不同浇注系统方案进行比较,从而得出最优浇注系统方案。通过本文实例也证明采用CAE软件Moldflow可以优化塑料模具设计,减少实际试模次数,提高设计和生产效率,降低成本并能提高塑料制品质量。

s the plastic gears have very good performance such as smooth running、low noise、small inertia、self-lubricating、anti-corrosion and low cost, plastic gears have been used in many fields. In the injection molding of plastic gear, suitable gate location and gate form and reasonable process parameters can reduce warpage of plastic gear, thereby the accuracy of plastic gear can be improved. In this paper, ten kinds of gating systems for injection molding of standard involute spur plastic gear were designed and then the injection molding process of plastic gear with different gating system was simulated and analyzed by Moldflow. The best gating system was finally chosen by comparison of analysis results. This article also proves that the mold structure include gating system can be optimized by CAE software Moldflow. So the efficiency of mold designing and the quality of plastic products improve greatly.
